- Personalized attention to each family, from Monday to Sunday, regardless of working hours: we are available whenever you need us and provide follow-up for both families and caregivers to ensure everything is going well on both sides. Our goal is to establish a stable and long-lasting working relationship between the family and the caregiver.
- Verification of each caregiver’s work references: we always call to verify all references and offer families the option to conduct a second verification themselves if they wish.
