External Tatas (Nannies)
They are domestic workers who return to their own homes after completing their workday (freely agreed upon with the families). They are usually responsible for carrying out the main household tasks (daily cleaning, cooking, ironing, laundry, etc.) and, if necessary, taking care of young children or elderly people. Most commonly, they work part-time (4 hours a day) or full-time (8 hours), with their salary being proportional to the hours worked.
